Managed the Implementation of 700+ Indoor and Outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems and Towers. Wrote and directed all aspects of the Proposal and System Implementation processes. Including: requirements discovery, customer relations, System Pricing, proposal writing, sub-contractor management, material procurement. Directly managed sub-ordinates, provided customer training, Project completion documentation. Development of a Project Management and Estimation Tool (in Excel) to provide timely status reporting, cost detail, risk management and profitability. Negotiated preferential purchase agreements with a variety of material vendors to achieve greater project and group profitability. Customer Contract Negotiations Wrote and Performed Alignment and Optimization Procedures Wrote performed Customer Acceptance Test Procedure.
