Daily Duties at Tire Centers Llc:

Selected to manage plant commercial operations and production for a leading provider of Commercial Truck Tire Re-treading in the Texas/Oklahoma business region. Daily activities include reviewing production reports, meeting with shift supervisors to address production/operational issues, reviewing billing reports, G/L distribution reports, P&L statements, meeting with vendors, coordinating material orders/deliveries, and coordinate incoming production volume. Adjust resources on production line to manage production constraints, and manage general execution of controlled flow manufacturing process on the production line. Meet with Commercial Division Managers and Regional Managers to review weekly sales and production topics. Supervised all production, maintenance, and Health/Safety related activities. Have bottom-line accountability for plant profit and loss, including all areas of production and plant related expenditures.
