Daily Duties at R&R Design:

Recruited to manage daily business and factory operations for a family owned manufacturing company. Daily activities included daily review of sales and shipments of finished goods, Production meetings with Plant Manager and Department Supervisors, Recruiting and hiring of all new personnel, Managing maintenance of plant systems and equipment, and making recommendations and decisions in regard to purchases of capital equipment and property improvements, and working closely with owners to ensure that business goals of the company are being met. Have bottom line accountability for profit and loss as related to company business activities.
