Daily Duties at Watson Drill Rigs:
Responsible for daily assembly operations, developing new processes and continuous improvement of finished products - OEM foundation drilling rigs used in a broad range of construction and oilfield applications. Responsible for daily direction of plant production schedule, training, and continuous improvement- relating to final assembly of deliverable equipment. Also led inter-department production meetings to address internal and external flow of parts and manufacturing to feed the production line. Directly lead, guide, and develop Final Assembly line Supervisors, Mechanics, Coating line, and also oversee contract laborers. Recruit and interview for positions within department. Set employee schedules. Review employee performance, determine wage rates, and manage staff disciplinary policy as required.
