Daily Duties at California Mentor:
Directly supervise staff of 120 (supervisors, management & staff) providing on-going coaching, training, etc… -Audit and maintain program quality and functionality ensuring compliance with contractual obligations & federal and state –regulations are met. Most importantly ensuring quality care to those we serve (DD Population) -Develop and engage staff though employee orientation, training, and engagement activities monthly. -Build and maintain positive and constructive relationships with clients, families and funding sources. -Promote and market organization via vendor fairs, community events, task force meetings, etc…(has achieved consistent referrals since 2008) -Manage & maintain budget of $3.6 million. -Budget forecasting, monthly revenue projection. -Billing for services, $300,000.00 monthly
