Daily Duties at Sgi :

Eastern Director of Operations Coordinated, managed and supervised fourteen accounts OPERATIONAL OVERSIGHT - Manages all aspects of the accounts within region, to include administration, operations, logistics, and human resources, heavily involved in working through logistical issues and working at the ground level with each new customer to successfully implement each program. QUALITY ASSURANCE - Ensures service expectations are being met through regular contact with customers; evaluates service quality through account audit visits and sets both short and long term objectives for each program as necessary. Provide follow up to measure outcomes of specified objectives. BUDGET OVERSIGHT analyzes financial indicators comparing to expected outcomes and monitors expenditures. CUSTOMER RELATIONS meets with customer representatives to discuss local program issues and to set a course for continual program evolution. Provides consultation on program enhancements, best practices and program planning. COACHING/MENTORING/TRAINING of Operations Managers and Operations Supervisors in all aspects of the Service Group Inc. business model and its practical application to the local program. PROFESSIONALISM maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, procedures and overall SGI Inc.standards of expected professionalism. Ensures understanding and compliance by staff members. POLICY ESTABLISHMENT collaborates with President of to develop companywide initiatives and policy.
