As Director of Project Management for the company, I steered all project managers for the company in the proper sequence of events, manufacturer's requirements, and toward utilization of our project tracking software.I also trained the project management team and expeditors in the use of those tools as well as the proper scheduling requirements, order entry systems, and a host of other duties they were required to be up to date with to better process estimates and orders. With top level responsibilities, the Director was also responsible for leading the estimating and CAD departments towards improved designs, estimates, with reducing project cost overruns, and to improve the state of receivables.
