Oversaw six direct reports and a support team of 35 for third-party call center and warranty administration department. Functioned as final contact regarding customer escalations, while directing and completing special projects as administered by Vice-President of Operations. Maintained full responsibility over workforce operations, including hiring, training, performance reviews, compensation, and terminations. Prepared statistical analyses regarding workflow benchmarks and executed functional improvement initiatives. Managed periodic evaluation, review and implementation of all department systems, policies and procedures. Functioned as department liaison to all other corporate divisions.
