Created a movie as teaching tool for train- the trainers. Contributed to writing City physical and structural standards for compliance with Americans with Disability Act (ADA). Created work-book for city departments to access structural improvement of facilities, buildings and services for compliance with ADA. Lead staff for City Commission on Human Rights and Commission for Persons with Disabilities. Contribute staff reports. Outreach, recruitment, prepare budget and supervise workers Citywide participating in program designed to integrate persons with disabilities into the City's workforce.
