Responsible for recruting and higher high level professionals such as Hardware/Software Engineers, Systems Engineers, and other high level candidates holding TS/SCI Full Scope Poly Clearances Recrutied fir JAVA developers, J2EE, DBA'S Netwrok Engineers, Web Developers, Architects, Systems Administration, and other OT cleared professionsals Supported Program Managers in gathering stats updates, risk assments, and solutions related to to the project Interacted nin a daily basis with customers, divsion managers, and program managers Tracked all canddiate activities and trends throught LMS- Hodes Reposniblefor working proficiently with Recruitmax, Resimix, Peoplesoft, and other resume applicant data bases Eatablished exceptional relationships wiith customers and managers
