Daily Duties at U.S. Bureau Of The Census:
• Provided leadership and executive-level decision-making for this local census office serving 20 Florida counties, including management of a $50.0 million operations budget encompassing payroll, capital equipment, expendables and travel expenses. Investigated and adjudicated all employees union complaints and grievances. • Recruited, hired, assessed and discipline staff as necessary; provided direct supervision of 7 direct-report managers and approximately 2,000 indirect-reports. I maintained an excellent working relationship with all union officials.
