Assisted Human Resources in daily activities ( recruiting, benefits, Employee Relations and Paroll) Planned logistics, communication for hiring orientation Updated and upgraded current ptograms through research, suggestions, colicited input from employee, managers, and trainers Thourough understanding of if the qualifications and certififcations requirements for field non manual employees ie: ANSI N 45.2, NAQ-1 ACI abd ASME as related to qualitfications REsonsible fo all steps associated with identification,placement and management of contigent employees Set meetings with hiring managers to gain in depth knowledge of current/business models to gather information on core technologies Participated in HR team goals and training Assistted in creating approproiate job descriptions, senior or specilized candidates ; like Prject and Discipline Superindentdent, Filed engineers, Qulaity Control Engineers, all disciplines Level II's ASME Code Specialists and Welding Engineers Set a and ran tageted career faors for the diviosns which incled researching and choosing opportune loacations, coodidinating facilities and advance proneand media campaign/communications plan
