Daily Duties at Cb&I ( Formerly Shaw Group):

Assists and reenforces high standards, and manages the processes within Performance Improvement; Corrective Action, Human Performance, and Lesson Learned. Assists with the direction of Root Cause Analysis Control and implements process improvements for COrrective ACticion, Self Assement, Human Performance Program, Benchmarking, Training, Obsercation and Trending Program Perpare periodic trending, observation, and performance indicators Develope and conduct training to end useres in assigned areas as necessary Coordinantins and maintains industry standasrds between the construction site, SCE&G ( customer) and INPO Independly interacts with the client, NRC, INPO on questions or issues arising from the results of investigation In collaboration with the client writing a Human Performance Straegy and Procedures to be used by CB&I corporate wide Monitors industry trends and identifies areas for further investigation and actions needed to reduce costs, eliminate re-work, and improve the safety of the site Recommends and supports improvements to existing work
