Responsible for recruiting and hiring high level professionals; with TS/SCI Lifestyle Poly, in the releams of Advanced analystics, IT Acquistion, Hardware and Software engineers, Cyber Technology,Cyber Assurance, J2EE, and all IT across functional projects Managed multiple enterprise wide, complex recruitment projects through full life cycle Scheduled, maintained, and tracked candidates through Hodes. Evaluated employment factors such as job experience educationand training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other pertinent clasification, selection and referral Track and report metrics.
