Daily Duties at Gerdau:
Represented the Credit department as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). Participated in the design of the company’s global template on behalf of Finance (R2R) credit and accounts receivable. Performed integrated testing (IT) for the following test periods. IT1, IT2, IT2.5 and IT3. Assigned as the Training Multiplier to transfer knowledge across business functions through a series of live training sessions. Main Liaison between (R2R) credit, collections, and accounts receivable to the (O2C) Order to Cash sales and marketing group for the business.
