Daily Duties at Emc:
Responsible for a group of 5 to 8 employees who handled incoming customer cases for standard customer support and professional services. Responsibilities included day to day personnel management issues, customer case escalation, evaluation and resolution of escalated problems or prompt resolution from enterprise client base, and deployment issues. Communicate trends to Engineering leadership for resolution, and work on cross functional teams. Manage customer escalations.
