Daily Duties at Teva Pharmaceuticals:
Managed an analytical research and development laboratory for new products development. Responsible for analytical method development, method validation, method transfer, formulation development support, ANDA submissions, including preparation of QOS, residual solvent statements, comparative dissolution reports, multi-medium dissolution report, etc. and FDA deficiency responses. Worked closely with group leaders, chemists, and formulators to resolve any technical issues and interpersonal issues. Responsible for new hiring and made sure all scientists are well trained to follow cGMP, SOPs, safety requirements, company polices. Responsible for Lab budgeting, instrument purchasing, and made sure all instruments are properly qualified and maintained including IQ/OQ/PQ and CFR 21, Part 11 compliance. Provide inside and outside trainings to scientists/chemists to make sure all of them keep up with current technologies. Worked closely with different departments including QC, QA, RA, and PM for project development, submission, and method transfer to QC.
