Responsible for running full title on several abstract areas in Dallas and Tarrant County for an investor in Dallas. Specializing in delivering title reports on entire subdivisions areas up to Developer or last plat. Also accomplished individual tract ownership back to developer. Created mineral ownership historical run sheets, ownership flowcharts, MOB’s and Runsheet templates.
