Directed projects ranging from complex Identity Management solutions to large-scale website infrastructures, wireless application, and other custom products. Collaborated with Sales team during pre-sales calls and meetings leading requirement gathering sessions with project stakeholders documenting requirements, as well as, design and architecture specifications. Conducted in-house training including designing, creating and delivering training programs on Sun and Oracle Identity Management solutions and Java development Best Practices. Created and presented Statement of Works and Level of Efforts to clients.
