Daily Duties at Redsky Land Llc:
Provided services through my company (Goodland Services LLC) as a contractor to Redsky Land LLC - specialized in delivering title reports on entire subdivision areas, mineral ownership reports (MOR’s) on individual lot and block assessment as well as large acre tracts. Also ran ROW and large base title areas and future pipeline tracts -- established title plant access at Fidelity Title (formerly LandAmerica) and Universal Title in Arlington and Bedford, Texas. Trained other agents on how to draw metes and bounds on Subdivide 10.0 deed plot software. Transferred to Denver, Colorado in December of 2010 - Supervisor of Subordinations, in charge of complete process getting agreements and documents in place for subordinating Deeds of Trust on leases in drill site areas. Also did special BLM and State owned mineral research and exploratory courthouse research in 3 other counties in Northern Colorado & Utah.
