Specialize in due diligence title reports and full abstract ownership reports on complex title for tracts located in Trumbull County, Ohio for BP America Production Company. Detailing previous ownership for the following: Grantor /Grantee full ownership and Mineral transfer records of conveyance from 1897 to present day. All death and probate records including adjacent counties as applies, Guardianship / NMC records, Judgments unsatisfied for 30 years, Oil and Gas leases and assignments, JV’s, mergers etc…researching last lease of record run out all assignments and oil company exchanges to date until released and brought forward with production history if available, Lis Pendens, Ejectments / Sheriff sales, Mechanics liens Mortgage Deeds of Trust all unsatisfied for 51 years. All Civil Actions as a defendant, State tax liens for past 30 years, County tax liens all unsatisfied, County, Municipal,Township, School taxes liens for past 15 yrs and Federal Bankruptcy Court records for past 10 years or as applies to historical O&G chain.
