• Acted as a liaison between qualified plan administration, brokers and plan sponsors to provide seamless transition from point of sale to the completed transfer of MFS funds and plan set-up. • Prepared the client and broker communication packages. • Responsible for the conversion of new business of 401(k) plans at MFS using the DST/TRAC 2000 recordkeeping system. • Accurately accounted for the transfer of 401(k) plan assets that entered MFS. • Appointed to MFS task force to examine the future direction of the company and measure the success the company was having satisfying employees and clients.
