• Lead and directed the activities of 14 analysts responsible for assisting with systems conversions for new clients and processing the company's entire tax reporting workflow for clients that include the largest mutual fund companies in the world. • Reduced January overtime approximately 100 hours versus prior years by orchestrating the automation of most of the business processes employed by the department. • Spearheaded the reorganization of the department to process higher volumes after a 22% reduction in force. • Substantially increased department morale by mentoring and preparing employees for promotions and recognizing their contributions to the success of the company. • Hand-selected as Boston Financial Disaster Recovery Coordinator in 2007.
