Daily Duties at Brunswick Boat Group:
Managed all financial operations, while reporting directly to the President. Served on the Financial Executive Strategy Team, advising and deciding upon various financial activities to increase profitability and provide long-term sustainability. Collaborated with the Brunswick’s corporate headquarters in Chicago, regarding change management issues, financial parameters, and other operational initiatives. Oversaw all accounting activities, including monthly reporting of balance sheet judgmental accruals. Performed due diligence accounting and made recommendations to key corporate decision-makers. Compiled annual budgets and benchmark performances. Discerned annual profit margins and advised next steps. Responsible for P&L, inventory management, procurement, and other financial functions.
