Daily Duties at Par Kan Company:
Recruited to assist the President with all financial operations and activities. Collaborate with a cross-functional leadership team, to design, implement, and oversee operational and financial solutions. Handle all inventory systems, balance sheeting accounting, internal controls, HR management activities, such as compensation, and shareholders quarterly distributions. Nurture various alliances within the banking industry and other vendor management tasks. Perform internal audits, and prepare for external audits. Design, recommend, and implement strategic financial initiatives. Research market trends and oversee steel purchases. Manage IT operations, including purchasing of software and hardware, as well as integration.
