Daily Duties at Brinton Woods Senior Living :
•Coordination, implementation and review of clinical care (health assessments and resident care plans), involving resident, family and care team. •Ownership for documentation process including care plans, incident reports and charting. •Development and management of Medicine Aide and Resident Assistant (caregiver) teams – including selection, training, performance review, counseling, et al. •Maintain excellent care while meeting or exceeding budget targets. •Ownership of both clinical quality areas and resident and team member satisfaction for Assisted living. •Active participation as a member of the community leadership team
