Daily Duties at Childtime Children Center:
As center director I was responsible for a staff of 20. I had to maintain accurate records for the center, staff, and students for the company and childcare administration. I had to make sure all policies and procedures were being followed for the safety of the center, students, staff for childcare administration in order to maintain center license for 90 students. I had to report weekly, monthly, and yearly to the coporate office in Michigan financial reports, students, and staff reports and enrollment via mail and on the computer. I was responsible for making sure tution payments were on time and current. I was also responsible for hiring qualified and staff evaluations. I was responsible for the budget and all vendor contracts. I was also responsible for making sure staff had their current continue education hours needed each year, HR records and staff training and monthly meetings. supervised assistant director to make sure she was current and accurate with paper work and working with staff.
