Daily Duties at Turning Point Academy Public Charter School:
I taught 3rd and 4th grade. Implemented the prince george county public school system curriculum and standards. I was apart of the SIT team which looked over students records and made decisions in determining what type of special education these students may need to help them academically. I was also the department chairperson for my 3rd and 4th grade team. I had to make sure teachers were following the guidelines according to the school curriculum, made sure we had planning time together and reported team progress to the principal.
