Daily Duties at Ibm :
• Accepted and processed complex claims and other transaction according to established procedures and performance standards. • Communicated with customers in a timely and appropriate manner, to resolve problems as they arose. • Interacted directly with clients giving financial advice and recommendations. • Assisted Federal staff with the establishment of revenue collection platforms and processes required to ensure timely collections, accurate recording and reporting of transportation security fee revenue. • Helped develop and maintain detailed schedules, databases and reports necessary to ensure proper security fee compliance. • Supported in the recovery effort for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita during April 2006 through July 2006. • Assisted FEMA has a project officer (PO) for identifying the need for Specialists and working with the Public Assistant Coordinator (PAC) to ensure appropriate personnel were assigned to assist in large project development. • Validated million dollar claims for the applicant who were affected by hurricane Katrina and Rita.
