Daily Duties at Reebok Sports Club:
Provide 20-25 Clients, 35-40 Sessions per week, and achieved $100,000 in annual sales. Responsible for developing and implementing customized personal training and nutrition programs based on client’s needs (ex. obesity, pre/post-natal, elderly, children). • Exceptional ability to perform fitness assessments including measuring body fat composition, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular functions • Assess each client’s progression against their goals on a monthly basis and provide positive reinforcement, support and focus to ensure goal attainment
