Daily Duties at Hatteras Yachts:
Maintain safety, schedule, and quality of as many as 35 associates. Issued daily work assignments, tracked progress and completions. Quality inspect all parts and work preformed daily. Make recommedations for promotions, discipline, and discharges. Assist with the development of standard work/SOP for the station. Manage, direct, and coordinate all activities related topreformance based production to maximize productivity, while maintaining quality according to established standards. Train and menter associates. Provide a positive relationship enviroment for teammates. Provide day to day leadership and direction for teammates. Manage annd utilize allocated resources to ensure the optimazation of the stations budget.
