Led the sales and marketing emphasis with a team of 7 Sales Managers, 1 Director of Revenue Management, and 3 Administrative Associates. Responsible for the deployment of all sales resources, generation of property Marketing plan and Sales strategies, development of quarterly goals and incentives, compliance with regional brand sales initiatives, analysis of market conditions and competitive set, and measurement and analysis of daily/weekly/monthly sales results.
