Daily Duties at Ca Technologies:
Project Leader, customer advocate and hands on engineer for the launch of the newest enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) offering to a Fortune 100 company in a multi-tenant environment. Proactively engaged through the entire SDLC in a matrix environment, driving iterative improvements in process, software and service through establishing organizational best practices for system implementation, monitoring, documentation and support.
