Daily Duties at Service Master:

•Direct and coordinate supervisory staff for customer care and collections and contract processing departments •Oversee customer care and collections call center activities, responsible for daily forceasting, scheduling, and escalated concerns. •Facilitate all retail financing for all business units and franchises of Terminix, TruGreen, Leisure Lawn, Antimite, SOS, and Schendel •Actively manage departmental budget and P&L to forcast future revenues and cost •Reengineered processes through project management our call center technology and electronic contract processing through partnering with IT, generating an additonal 1 million dollars in revenue while realizing 200k in cost savings annually. •Oversee all customer billing, statements, and collections notices •Manage relationship with operating units to strive for increased revenue, through implementing new standards and efficiencies with regards to daily contract volume. •Prepare, Review and Analyze Reports for executive management •Monitor regulatory compliance dealing with privacy statements, collection practices, and contract practices •Establish, implement, and review policies and procedures •Customer Contact – Internal with over 450 branches and corporate offices and over 45,000 external customers •Responisible for 55% of all incoming SMAC revenue totalling over 3.5 million dollars an increase of over 1.1 million dollars in added revenue annually since being hired. •Responsible for over $50 million in financing portfolio up 10 million dollars annually since taking the position. •Oversee all hiring, disciplinary actions, training, and performance reviews for staff.
