Daily Duties at Termnix:
•Maintain a higly motivated and customer focused team of 15-20 customer service agents •Responsible for the daily flow of call center activities, reporting, and agent development •Responsible for accurate hiring, training, and disiciplining of agents •Coach agents to be customer oreinted, knowledgable of company information, and to perform above expectations •Ensure all agents of up to date on company policy, procedures, and strategy as handed down from executive management •Responsible for merit increases based on agents job performance
