Daily Duties at Grand Basket Company:
• Manage financial operations for all importing and exporting activities to ensure accurate and timely payments and receipts of financial and product obligations. • Created and implemented quarterly SKU analysis that is conducted by each sales representative to identify growing/lagging products and areas to appropriately focus on items and present findings as a benchmark to current and future clients. • Put into place inventory control process to manage warehouse inventory ($0.5M) for various retail and operational products (e.g. replacement products and packaging materials).
