Daily Duties at Macys:
Directed staff of 15 TIPS Coordinators nationwide in delivering Training In-Store Presentation Standards (TIPS) program which enforced and educated in-store Associates on proper handling of goods on selling floor including techniques from Plan-o-grams to floor execution.
