Partner with business users, internal IT resources, and 3rd parties to solve significant technology-related problems. Assess business and system process impacts and be committed to delivering efficient technology-based solutions. Work closely with business users, current customers and potential customers to understand their business needs for information and opportunities for use of technology to improve their processes and help them meet their business objectives. Manage internal software applications as well as ongoing technical guidance and operational assistance. Accountable for project management.
