Daily Duties at Mid Columbia Medical Center:

In charge of daily operations of all Maintenance, Biomedical and Grounds departments. Responsible for each department's financial performance including: monitoring and controlling resource utilization and expenditures, while ensuring adherence to operating and capital budgets. Secure service contracts in an efficient and cost effective manner as required (maintenance, utilities, alarms, fire suppression systems, etc.) for multiple facilities at different locations. Maintain the operational integrity of 24 buildings. This includes maintaining all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems through preventative maintenance and corrective work orders. Insure regulatory compliance for all buildings. Assess problem situations related to operations, clients and employees. After thorough investigation, I plan and implement corrective action as needed by utilizing all resources at my disposal. Maintain and model effective working relationships with all managers, employees and clients. Participate in the EOC, Emergency Management and Safety Committees, as well as the Capital
