Daily Duties at Classic Party Rentals:
Directed all aspects of operations and daily activities for complex events and installations, including coordinating labor, workplace safety, and facility management. Oversaw fleet and equipment operations and maintenance. Liaised with vendors to negotiate agreements for goods and services, as well as evaluating and qualifying new vendors. Supervised 8 management personnel and up to 300 personnel throughout warehousing, linens, the dish room, dispatch / operations, and delivery / installation teams. Reviewed daily departmental updates on personnel, production, shortages, labor, and sales. Provided sales team support on projects and customer requests. Supported field activities for project execution, sales, equipment delivery, and installation. Maintained customer relationships.
