Daily Duties at Medtronic:

Manage competitive territory in Southwest Florida. My customers include, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, interventional radiologists, and large hospital systems. I currently manage 11 hospital/surgery center accounts and 18 surgeon customers. My responsibilities include generating new sales by developing leads, recruiting new treating surgeons, qualifing prospects, and making sales calls. I am required to grow the existing business and develop new opportunites. I work autonomously utilizing corportate resources and implementing marketing strategies to ultimately gengerate revenue and meet/exceed quota. I create and implement a yearly business plan with quarterly updates. The management of my business plan must be within an specific budget to be cost effective. I am responsible to tracking and analyzing ROI, return on investment, to determing the effectiveness of my business plan on a quarterly basis.
