Daily Duties at Lockheed Martin:

Mechanical Engineer. (Structure Design) − Prepared and created Flight 2D technical drawings from 3D Pro-E models to be formally released for production of THAAD (Terminal High Altitude Area Defense) missile program. The program has successfully launched all test flight missiles. − Responsible for the AFT End Flare mechanical components. o In this role, I traveled to sub-contractors/vendors to oversee production or resolve production problems for the THAAD missile program. o Design load spring simulator to mimic aero loads that would be experienced by aft end components. o Resolved core design problems by identifying the problem and fixing them in accordance to cost and time involved. o Prepared and presented design changes at review boards to formally resolve issues and problems in order to continue with production and prevent manufacturing line-stoppage. o Constantly communicated with Quality and Manufacturing departments to maintain production to meet mission success and dead lines.
