Daily Duties at Ibm:
People management of highly skilled Project Managers, I/T Specialists, and Testers. Managed as many as 50 direct reports. My project managers each managed projects of several million dollars. Simplify complex goals and help individuals and teams aligh priorities with strategic direction. Assigne individuals and collaberate with other leaders to allocate employee resources in a manner that best meets project/account needs. Accept accountability for business results including client satisfaction, productivity, financial and business measurements. Establish clear performance expectations. Understand complex business problems. Recognize contributions by employees and teams. Advice and coach employees to help them develop their skills and capabilities to best meet their career desires abd current or future business needs.
