Daily Duties at Ibm:
Primary role was to provide senior HR functional management support to the entire Executive Director Area organization leading our people through all HR activities. Subject Matter Expert of Employee Relations, Human Resource Policies, workforce planning, resource allocation, employee appraisals, compensation. providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives (such as workforce optimization) and recommending solutions to complex employee relations and HR issues. Through partnering with other HR functions, they deploy and execute HR programs (such as compensation, benefits, workforce diversity). to drive organizational change, build organizational capability and create a high-performance culture. develop hiring strategy to ensure staffing levels are maintained and to minimize turnover.manage cross site teams. Simplify complex goals and help individuals and teams aligh priorities with strategic direction. Assign individuals and collaberate with other leaders to allocate employee resources in a manner that best meets project/account needs.Establish clear performance expectations. Understand complex business problems. Recognize contributions by employees and teams. Advice and coach employees to help them develop their skills and capabilities to best meet their career desires abd current or future business needs. Participates in design, implementation, and management of ket initiatives and programs. Work across international organization to involve leaders in developing programs. Participate in succession planning. Develop target population to build bench strength and create ready pipeline for key roles. Apply inisights and analysis to identify business impacts.
