Daily Duties at Datamax:
Coordinate and dispatch technical support staff for pre and post sales support to clients. Provide internal technical support for 150+ users at 2 locations in Microsoft NT/2000/2003 network infrastructure environment. • Maintain PBX phone system. Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows NT / 2000 / 2003 network. Ensure data retention. Setup new employees. • Project Eason between IT staff and sales division. Coordinating and communicating project status. • Plan, coordinate, and implement Canon product printing solution projects for sales department.
