Daily Duties at Canon Usa:
• Maintained user accounts, configured network printing, granted file access, backed-up server data, and optimized network performance for three sites Dallas, San Antonio, and Austin. for 250+ remote and on-site users. * Basic Cisco Administration. • Resolve issues remotely with PC Anywhere. • Provided daily technical support for issues received from Magic ticketing system. • Created images of all equipment models with Ghost • Coordinated lease returns with users and vendor. Tracked Assets in Access database.
