This was accomplished with Pivot tables, look-ups, and advanced scripting. Tool auto populated sale documents required sale. • Created Printer cost analysis tool in Excel to streamline determining customers TCO for their printers. • Persuading customers that our solutions will best satisfy their specific needs in terms of quality, value and performance • Coordinated and presented trade shows, monthly “lunch and learn” events to internal sales team and for customer prospects. • Conduct both internal sales training and on-site customer training. • Update current network infrastructure for security and functionality. • Setup domain with file share, automatic group file shares and user folders • Migrate email service to internal exchange server and standardized network equipment • Implemented Network backup procedures for internal and mobile users • Created backup plan procedures, Document entire network • Planned, designed, and implemented internal document management solution.
