• Provided technical support to Claims Data Management personnel in the development, implementation, and maintenance of PC applications intended to automate field processes and procedures (FACTS, Pisces, IPM, CPS, CCC, Footprints, Mitchell Decision Point, CLMS). • Maintained and updated existing databases. Responsible for budget preparation, monitoring, and data analysis to assist management with financial decision-making. • Maintain and support Claims departmental applications. Developed and supported departmental systems using user programming languages and tools (Visual Basic, Excel, Access, SQL, Crystal reports, Salesforce, and mapping software) Developed databases, created macros, imported data from various systems and consolidated into one source, prepared queries, and other reports for use in the interpretation and analysis of data for strategic business decisions.
