Daily Duties at Riegel Services:
Implementation Manager under SOW for Implementation and PMO management services for Saxon, a company of Morgan Stanley. Offering consulting services to start up a new PMO including designing project management methodologies, governance processes and training; and consulting with Project Managers to advise and guide on existing projects in Saxon portfolio. Working with executives to vet and introduce new methodologies, governance processes and PMO administration. Successful implementation of several program level audit projects in both IT and the business, including developing system entitlements process.
