Daily Duties at Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group:

Implementation / Change Manager over major initiatives for firm’s largest client, Bank of America. Responsible for implementation and change management activities, coordination and liaison for IT and business areas and install activities. Responsibilities over business and technology areas for the 2010 releases of the Federal government mandated ‘Credit CARD Act’, multi-million dollar Credit Card revenue projects and other Global Technology & Ops projects.
